Orders are printed on demand, and takes 3–7 business days to produce.
Singapore: Please allow 1–2 weeks for your print to be produced and mailed safely to you.

* Postal Tube and Flat Mailer orders may be shipped separately to save shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges, except in the case that your order is damaged during transit.

We take great care in packing your order, but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please photograph the damaged areas of the packaging + order, and send them through your order confirmation email.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll be glad to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

*Please note: We cannot replace orders that you have damaged upon opening.
